IN THE STILLNESS

January 24, 2021

I will leave this for your own discernment as to praying in the name of Jesus or not. This is the prayer Jake Angeli prayed in the Senate chamber:

Jesus Christ we invoke Your name – AMEN. Thank you heavenly Father for gracing us with this opportunity. Thanks to our heavenly Father giving us this opportunity to stand for our God-given unalienable rights. Thanks to our heavenly Father for being the inspiration needed to these police officers to allow us into the building to exercise our rights, to allow us to send a message to the tyrants, the communists, and the globalists, that this is our nation not theirs. That we will not allow the America, the American way of the United States of America to go down. Thank You divine, omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent creator God for filling this chamber with Your white light and love, your white light of harmony. Thank you for filling this chamber with patriots who love You and love Christ. Thank You divine, omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent creator God for blessing each and every one of us here and now. Thank You divine creator God for surrounding (indistinct) with Your divine omnipresent light of love protection peace and harmony.  Thank you for allowing the United States of America to be reborn. Thank You for allowing us to get rid of the communists, the globalists and the traitors in our government.  We love You and we thank You.  In Christ’s holy name we pray. AMEN.

Now that you have had the opportunity to read the above, is this how Christ called us to pray?

We are to pray according to God’s will – not to suit our own agenda. To pray with humble hearts of love and humility, for reconciliation and forgiveness…….is that this?

+ + +

I pray for our country and the coming together of God’s people so that we might go forward in the truth that is Christ together. Not our will but God’s be done. In the name of Jesus, AMEN.
